Magnetic Drive Rolls 

We supply a range of Permanent Magnetic drive rolls for steel producers. The rolls are made to order and vary in type dependent upon application. These can be supplied as either a standard disc type manufacture or for heavy duty applications can be supplied as a 2 pole version that is more resistant to wear.

         Will operate up to 180 deg c (this is not a

          standard)

Heavy Duty PE Lifters

The Heavy Duty permanent electro lifters are produced to order for specific applications. The Permanent Electro format ensures that the magnets simply draw the power for switching ON / OFF, no power is required at any other time. Consequently should an electrical power failure occur, the hold will remain until the electrical power is returned?

Heavy Duty PE Workholding is offered and supplied by Eclipse Magnetic in both the Power Matrix and Supermill options, the correct format will be offered to suit the application.

Both models of chucks are for Permanent Electro heavy duty work holding and offer:
